At Caseoh Merch Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn merchandise back in its original packaging with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
